[Return and exchange]

In case of defective product, wrong delivery, damage, different image, different size, or dissatisfaction, we will only accept exchange or refund for the same product. Used items are "non-returnable".

[About return period]

Even if the product is defective, erroneously delivered, damaged, soiled, or due to different images, different sizes, or other customer circumstances, you can contact us within 30 days from the date of arrival of the product and we will promptly exchange or return it. Please.

[Refund period]

We will respond immediately after receiving the contact from the customer. The refund period depends on your payment method. Withdrawal method of PayPal can be deposited within 1 business day. Credits vary from 5 to 30 days (depending on the processing speed of the paying bank). Payments at convenience stores will be debited to your PayPal account.

[About return shipping fee]

【返品・交換について】

不良品・誤配送・破損・イメージ違い・サイズ違い・不満足の場合は、同一商品との交換や返金に限り承ります。ご使用済みの商品は「返品不可」です。

【返品期間について】

商品が不良品・誤配送・破損・汚損していた場合でも、イメージ違い・サイズ違い、その他お客様のご事情による場合でも、商品到着日より30日以内にご連絡いただければ、即時交換・返品させていただきます。

【払い戻し期間】

お客様からの連絡をいただいてから即時に対応いたします。払い戻し期間はお客様の支払い方法に応じて異なります。PayPalの引き出し方法は、1営業日以内に入金できます。クレジットは5〜30日で異なります（支払い銀行の処理速度に応じて異なります）。コンビニエンスストアの支払いは、PayPalアカウントで引き落とされます。

【返送料について】

不良品・誤配送・輸送時に破損があった場合、弊社都合となります。この場合は、返送料が弊社が負担いたします。イメージ違い・サイズ違い、その他お客様のご事情による場合はお客様都合と判断させていただいております。それらの質量問題以外の返品は、お客様が返送料を負担する必要で、返送された商品が新品だと確認してから返金いたします。「返品不可」商品はお客様都合での返品はお受けできません。
